Frisco has seen rapid growth in the last decade plus. In 2009 Frisco, Texas was named the fastest growing city in the United States as well being named the fasted growing city in the U.S. in a ten year period from 2000 to 2009. Today Frisco's population is estimated at 129,574 making it the 26 most populous city in Texas.







Real Estate in 2012 in Frisco, Texas was like many areas other areas of Collin County, on the upward swing. Like almost every city in Collin County Frisco, Texas saw more home sell and sell quicker than the previous year. The average days on market for sold properties in Frisco, Texas was down 21 days over the previous year. The number of sold listings was up almost 400 total sales. Forecasters expect the market in Frisco, Texas and surrounding areas to continue to remain strong throughout 2013.
